Notwithstanding any shared location, coordinated communications, common ownership, or related branding, each entity is separate and distinct and provides its own professional services under its own engagement terms.

Miser Wealth Partners, LLC provides financial and retirement planning services.
Miser Tax Advisory Services, LLC provides tax planning services.
Bowen Miser Law Group, PLLC provides legal services, including estate planning and business formation.
The fact that these entities share office space or coordinate services for convenience does not mean they are one firm or that one entity is responsible for the services of another. Each entity is solely responsible for the services it provides.
Separate Engagements
A client may engage one or more of the entities listed above, but each engagement is separate. Legal services, tax services, financial planning services, retirement planning services, and investment advisory services are provided separately and, where applicable, only pursuant to a separate written engagement letter, advisory agreement, or other written arrangement.
Engagement of one entity does not, by itself, create a professional relationship with any other entity.
